Privacy policy of HarborSource Sourcing

This policy describes how HarborSource Sourcing handles information typed into the inquiry form. The desk is an independent sourcing partner. It is not willscot and it is not a manufacturer or authorized dealer.

What the form collects

The form asks for a name, a work email, an optional phone number, a company name, and a requirement text. That text may include building use, dimensions, design loads, a jurisdiction, a quantity, a destination, a delivery window, a scope word, an optional budget, and a supplier preference. Those fields are used to coordinate quotations for alternative buildings.

What this site does not collect here

The pages do not ask for payment card numbers, government identity numbers, or employee reviews. A search phrase about whether a company is a good place to work is not stored as a rating. Do not put passwords or unrelated personal files into the requirement box.

How the note is used

The requirement text is read so that factories can be asked comparable questions. It may be forwarded to suppliers when that is necessary to request a quotation you asked for. It is not sold as a marketing list on this page, and this policy does not claim a retention period the desk has not published in a contract.

Script on the form

If the browser runs script, optional budget, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis, and supplier preference can be appended to the requirement field at submit time. The text you typed is not rewritten in the box. If script is off, the page asks you to type those notes yourself. Closing the inquiry dialog clears a selected product name so a later submit does not reuse it.

Cookies and the sourcing note

A first-shown time may be stored locally so the sourcing-support note expires on its own schedule. Closing the note for a session is stored for that session only. That storage is not a customer account.

Asking about a submission

Use the contact form if you need to correct a brief you already sent. No separate postal address is listed because none is published for this desk.
