Terms of service for HarborSource Sourcing
These terms cover use of the HarborSource Sourcing website and the inquiry form. HarborSource Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. It is not willscot, not a manufacturer or authorized dealer, and it does not supply original-brand buildings.
What the desk does
The desk helps a business buyer describe a modular, portable, or steel-structure requirement and request factory quotations for alternative products. A quotation, a drawing, or a delivery date from a supplier is that supplier's statement. HarborSource Sourcing does not warrant that a factory can meet a code, a date, or a budget.
What you send
You are responsible for the accuracy of use, dimensions, loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination, and scope. If a load is unknown, leave it unknown. Do not ask the desk to invent wind speed, ground snow load, or a seismic design category. Optional budget and supplier preference are buyer notes. They are not audited ratings and they are not a promise that a price will land inside the range.
Comparisons
Shell, delivered, installed, and turnkey are different scopes. You agree that a comparison is meaningful only after those words, the quantity unit, and the destination match. Taxes, freight, foundation work, and installation stay visible as their own lines unless a supplier writes them into a named scope.
Decisions that stay with you
Code compliance, permitting, engineering acceptance, and the contract award remain with you and your professional team. Standards named on the site, including IBC, IRC, HUD Code, ASCE 7, AISC 360, AWS D1.1, IAS AC472, and ISO 9001, are topics to verify. They are not credentials of HarborSource Sourcing.
Site content
Pages may be updated as the inquiry process is clarified. They are not a catalog of stock and not an offer to sell a specific unit. Product names in the inquiry list are option labels.
